Reporting of information security incidents
The security of information, IT systems, and business processes is of high importance to SAFELOG. External parties can report suspected or identified information security incidents to SAFELOG via the following reporting channel:

Please describe the matter as specifically as possible and provide the following information, where known:
- type and description of the incident
- time or period when the incident was identified
- affected systems, applications, information, or business processes
- possible impacts
- available evidence, such as screenshots or error messages
- contact details for follow-up questions, unless an anonymous report is preferred
Do not transmit passwords, login credentials, or particularly sensitive information in unencrypted form. If confidential documents are required for further processing, SAFELOG will coordinate a suitable secure transmission method with you.
Incoming reports will be treated confidentially, reviewed without undue delay, and forwarded to the responsible functions within SAFELOG. If contact details have been provided, you will receive a response without undue delay confirming receipt and outlining the next steps.
