Our approach

Our AGVs, designed with precision to match their tasks, operate within a fleet managed by our agent-based system, allowing up to 500 robots to communicate and intelligently coordinate routes and tasks. This guarantees technical availability of up to 99%, with additional robots easily integrated at short notice. Returns on investment are typically achieved in under two years.
AGV processes for the automotive industry
We are experts when it comes to supplying materials to assembly lines or production lines. Our AGVs are integral to shopping cart processes, where they interact seamlessly with our intelligent SAFELOG Pick-by-Light systems to load carts in the picking zone. Our software controls and monitors all picking processes, coordinating the AGVs as they transport the carts to the line and back.
For larger items like seats or engines, which cannot be pre-picked in shopping carts, our mobile robots demonstrate their flexibility by managing transportation within non-shopping-cart processes.
